Responsible for overall team performance, day-day operations and client relationship
Review and analysis of dashboard reports
Actively involved in internal and external business reviews; ensure all compliance parameters are met
Establish and maintain a working environment conducive to positive morale, high quality, creativity, and teamwork
Provide direction to staff, ensure resolution of problems
Actively provide inputs and assistance to senior management in planning, implementation, and evaluation/changes to existing operations, systems, and processes
Manage attrition and build retention strategies
Provide regular performance feedback and formal and informal coaching sessions
Accountable for daily/weekly performance updates to key stakeholders
Work with operations teams, finance, and other departments as needed on invoicing tasks

At least 5 yrs. of leadership experience
Monthly scorecard of not less than 3 (Internal Comms)
Experience managing large teams in a complex, high-stress target driven process and client-facing environment
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders internally and externally
