About the Role

Reporting to an Australian Marketing Manager, the multimedia designer role will provide critical support in design, content creation, and digital marketing initiatives while ensuring alignment with the company’s brand and marketing strategies. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, and able to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visual assets for marketing, including social media graphics, website banners, email templates, and print materials.
• Ensure all designs align with the company's brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative ideas.
• Maintain and organise design assets in Creative Cloud and SharePoint.
• Design visuals for online ads (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Assist with SEO-friendly visuals for landing pages and web content.
• Enhance digital marketing efforts through strategic design.
• Develop engaging graphics for presentations, product launches, and expos.
• Use visual storytelling to highlight product benefits.
• Assist in creating video assets and digital graphics.
• Participate in team meetings to align on goals and priorities.
• Provide creative input to enhance campaign visuals.
• Liaise with suppliers and partners for print production and collateral.
• Prioritise and manage design requests based on deadlines.
• Deliver design projects on time within allocated work hours.
• Maintain organised filing of design assets in SharePoint and Creative Cloud.

Experience & Software

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
• Experience with Canva and other design tools for quick content creation.
• Knowledge of digital marketing principles, including SEO, email marketing, and social media marketing.
• Ability to design website banners, landing pages, and online ads (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Understanding of brand guidelines and ability to maintain brand consistency.
• Experience creating print materials (brochures, flyers, business cards, etc.).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint for organizing design assets.
• Basic video editing skills for marketing videos, social media clips, and digital ads.
