• Organize, direct and evaluate food and beverage service

• Social Media Posting and Monitoring

Plan, forecast and execute food and beverage orders

• Check food and beverage supplies and place orders when needed

• Adhere to food, health and safety standards

• Plan, hire, train, oversee and manage the members of staff

• Performance management; monitor staff performance and provide feedback

• Monitoring and control of inventory

• Monitor revenues and expenses

• Negotiate supplier arrangements for food and beverage products

• Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize

profitability

• Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff

• Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures

• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards

• Report monthly Inventory, Sales and Marketing

• Propose innovative ideas to increase sales

• Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths

• Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)

• Knowledgeable with HR tasks

• Be an example of well behavior and high performance with professionalism

• Any other duties as assigned by the owner

Qualifications:

• Proven successful experience as a retail/kitchen Store Manager

• Powerful leading skills and business orientation

• Customer management skills

• Strong organizational skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledgeable in Social Media Handling and Content Creation

• Diploma or degree in business management or Marketing related field would be an asset
