As a Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive IT solutions (Ex. Network, Hybrid Cloud, etc.) that meet our organization's needs and objectives. You will work closely with customers, sales staff, stakeholders, IT professionals, business leaders, and vendor partners, to understand requirements and develop innovative solutions that drive business success.

Key Functions:

• Design end-to-end IT solutions that align with business goals, leveraging appropriate technologies and methodologies.
• Develop architectural blueprints and technical design documents to guide solution development and implementation.
• Present and demonstrate IT solutions to clients and stakeholders.
• Lead the whole pre-sales process from gathering customer requirements, development of solutions, creation and submission of proposals or other related documents for submission to the customers, ensuring compliance and alignment of solutions and products offered to project bidding requirements, conducting proof of concepts and ensure proper turnover of solutions design, its components, scope of work and project assumptions to implementation team.
• Establish and enforce architectural standards, policies, and best practices to maintain consistency and integrity across IT solutions.
• Conduct architecture reviews and provide guidance to project teams to ensure compliance with architectural guidelines.
• Ensure that Solutions Design that include various technological components are compatible and can work as one complete solution that will address the customer needs.
• Ensure that solutions are scalable, secure, aligns with industry best practices and complies with regulatory requirements.
• Evaluate vendor products and services, negotiate contracts and licensing agreements, and manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery and quality of solutions for the customers.
• Create and maintain documentation for IT solutions, including architecture diagrams, technical specifications, deployment guides, and operational procedures. Ensure documentation is comprehensive, accurate, and up to date.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect or similar role, with a minimum of 3 years in IT architecture and design.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) and architecture principles and practices.
• Relevant certifications are preferred (e.g., CCNA/CCNP or equivalent, Windows Server Administration, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Sophos Architect, NSE 4, VMware, Microsoft etc.) but required.
• Proficiency in a wide range of technologies and platforms, including cloud computing, virtualization, networking, security, operating systems, and databases.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex systems and design innovative solutions.
