Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an OED Training Specialist located in Metro Manila. The OED Training Specialist will be responsible for communication, training & development, instructional design, and customer service tasks on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Experience in training & development and instructional design
• Customer service skills
• Ability to create and deliver effective training programs
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Human Resources, or related field
