Civicom is a collection of several business units which has grown from 12 employees to 500 since 2010.
A diverse technology company that uniquely combines technology with human services, we are in the midst of launching five new services—ScribePT (an ai facilitated health care note-entry service), CCam Focus (a high definition 360 degree broadcasting service), Quillit (an ai report summarizing tool for Marketing Researchers), WelcomeWare (a platform that allows receptionists to work remotely), and SpanDesk (a Web RTC plaform that allows team members to interact and see each others' screens as if they were in the same room). You would likely work on one of these services for 18-24 months or so, but at Civicom there may arise opportunities to work on other platforms and broaden yourself horizontally and vertically within the same company.
We provide technology-facilitated services in four general areas -- telecommunications, iPhone/Droid Apps, marketing research technology support, and transcription/data entry. Civicom is considered a technology innovation leader by a growing customer base, which includes a majority of the largest financial services and marketing research companies. The company has a flexible team-oriented environment, a global orientation, and an open work space.
As a "Buy Forward" company, Civicom pledges giving 5 to 10% of earnings to a unique charity.
