REGULAR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible in preparing statistical analyses and reports on 3PL warehouse operations and logistics performance using AI analytics and Power BI for detailed insights.
• Recommends policy and process enhancement for daily warehouse operations.
• Conducts process and transaction review in a day-to-day transaction of 3PL to validate accuracy of data /information in the system.
• Provide assistance in monitoring 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) and Supplier / Vendor performance by maintaining performance scorecard that is regularly updated.
• Conducts regular inventory audit (Cycle and Periodic counts)
• Prepare monthly 3PL performance and Inventory reports for AUDIT purposes.
• Performs other functions in addition to his duties and responsibilities that maybe assigned by his superiors from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree holder or equivalent related experience
• Experience in field of Supply Chain Management or Logistics Operations.
• With at least three (3) years working knowledge in Power BI, MS Copilot and Python programming.
