Keterangan Kerja

The Accounting Assistant is responsible for the daily preparation of Invoice, Delivery Receipts, Collection Receipts, and handles preparation of all the payments to local and foreign suppliers. 

 

Primary Job Duties:

Invoice

  • Check customers purchase order with the quotation to prepare Invoice 
  • Issue, post and monitor Invoice 
  • Handles filling and safekeeping of collectibles for goods and services including paid transactions
  • Reproduction of Invoice for commission preparation

Delivery Receipt

  • Prepare, Issue, post and monitor Delivery Receipt
  • Filling and safe keeping of Delivery Receipt

Collection Receipt

  • Call for follow-up payment to customers for overdue or unpaid Invoices 
  • Prepare Collection Receipt for direct deposit payments from customers and Intercompany deposit
  • Filling and safe keeping of Collection Receipt

Payment

  • Handle preparation of petty cash fund reimbursement 
  • Handles preparation of purchase of foreign exchange import trade remittance to suppliers 
  • Handles preparation of miscellaneous transaction form for USD/EUR remittances to suppliers
  • Handles preparation of BIR Form 2307 certificate - expanded withholding tax
  • Handles sending of payment advice via e-mail for collection pick-up

 

Secondary Job Duties:

  • Handles actual year-end Inventory count with REMA Inventory assistant
  • Handles quarterly summary of car expenses & liquidation including submission of arranged gas receipts
  • Handles preparation of messenger's daily itinerary which includes delivery, schedule of check pick-up and countering of invoices
  • Assist in processing local government business permits
  • Handles update of LOD for billing, shipping, and payment information
  • Handles task given by Junior Accountant and Accounting Manager

 

Job Requirements:

  • Fresh Graduate to minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Commercial education, focused on accounting
  • Good computer skills and proficiency in MS Office Applications
  • Good written and verbal English skills
  • Knowledge of foreign currency preferable
  • Working well under pressure
  • Working accurate and self-reliantly 
  • Team and disciplined working spirits
