JOB SUMMARY

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development - Officer (Sales) at Kwik.insure in Pasig, with flexibility for some remote work. The BD - Officer will be responsible for acquiring corporate leads into sales and surpass sales goals. This person will also build and maintain corporate partnerships and close sales, and will report directly to Chief Sales Officer.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in HMO industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; adept at working with Sales and Product teams.
• Proven track record of generating leads, exceeding sales targets, and building long-lasting corporate partnerships.
