We are looking for a highly skilled AI-Driven SEO Specialist to optimize website visibility, automate SEO processes, and support broader AI initiatives within DBOS. This role is perfect for someone who can bridge the gap between AI-powered automation and search engine optimization (SEO) while collaborating with our current AI Specialist on AI-related tasks across the company.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in AI, machine learning, and SEO automation to enhance keyword research, content generation, and website performance. Additionally, this role will assist in developing and managing AI solutions beyond SEO, ensuring AI is effectively utilized across all business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

AI-Driven SEO Strategy & Implementation

• Develop and implement AI-powered automation for SEO, including keyword clustering, internal linking, and structured data.
• Optimize website content using natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning to improve search engine rankings.
• Utilize AI to generate content strategies, blog posts, product descriptions, and metadata
• for better search visibility.
• Conduct AI-driven SEO audits to identify areas for improvement in on-page and technical SEO.

Technical SEO & AI-Powered Data Analysis

• Automate SEO reporting and performance tracking using AI-based dashboards and predictive analytics.
• Optimize technical SEO elements, including schema markup, crawl efficiency, and site structure.
• Integrate AI with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs and other SEO tools for insights and
• recommendations.
• Monitor search trends and algorithm updates to ensure AI-driven SEO strategies remain competitive.

AI Integration & Support for Internal AI Initiatives

• Collaborate with the current AI Specialist to develop and refine AI models for various business applications.
• Assist in training, fine-tuning, and deploying LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, Gemini) for internal tools.
• Provide AI-related technical support for automation projects across departments.
• Explore AI-driven process optimizations beyond SEO, including customer service, marketing automation, and data analysis.

AI Tool & Workflow Optimization

• Research and integrate AI-powered SEO tools such as Jasper, SurferSEO, Frase, and Alli AI.
• Build and maintain custom AI automation scripts to improve workflow efficiency in SEO and other business areas.
• Identify and implement AI-based solutions to streamline operations across marketing, content, and analytics teams.

Required Qualifications:

Technical Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in SEO strategy, AI-driven automation, and technical SEO implementation.
• Strong background in AI, machine learning, or data science, with applications in digital marketing.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, SQL, and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
• Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and related SEO platforms.
• Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for SEO optimizations.
• Experience in AI model training, deployment, and API integration (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, Gemini) is a plus.
