As an API Integrations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining API integrations that streamline operations and enhance business processes. Reporting to the Technology Lead, you will be responsible for managing API-driven solutions that ensure seamless communication between enterprise applications. Your expertise in system integrations, API architecture, and troubleshooting will be critical in optimizing system performance and data flow across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and manage API integrations between internal and external systems.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand integration needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Lead the development and maintenance of API-based solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.
• Collaborate with development teams to create API documentation, best practices, and governance policies.
• Monitor API performance, optimize existing integrations, and implement enhancements as needed.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and data protection regulations in all API implementations.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in API integration and development.
• Support cross-functional teams in testing and validating integration solutions to ensure optimal functionality.
• Maintain thorough documentation of integration processes, workflows, and system configurations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in API integration development and management.
• Proficiency in RESTful and SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and related technologies.
• Strong knowledge of API authentication protocols such as OAuth, JWT, and API key-based authentication.
• Experience with API management platforms (e.g., Apigee, MuleSoft, Postman, or similar).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve API-related issues efficiently.
• Experience with database management systems, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
