Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role in Manila and Iloilo, Philippines. Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling customer support inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and creating positive customer experiences.

Qualifications :

• Must be willing to work onsite
• No application has been submitted to Carelon within the past 3 months.
• Must be willing to start immediately.
• At least 6 months of prior experience in the BPO industry for undergraduate candidates.
• A bachelor's degree in any related field is preferred for no experienced candidates.
• We also welcome fresh graduate candidates from senior high school or college.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Dedicated to contributing and advancing with our team.
