REQUIRED SKILLS

• Deep experience working with one or more Public Cloud platforms
• Work closely with the Product team to execute the ongoing vision and roadmap, evolution , and innovation of products for global markets.
• Familiarity with AWS Cloud, Python, Lamda, elastic search, ReactJ,S and other modern technologies
• Familiarity with Deposits Management System
• You have experience building systems with internationalization as a primary use case, not an afterthought.
• Define and develop project plans, manage and mentor personnel, help developers resolve technical issues, monitor and review project progress, and serve as a liaison for internal stakeholders
• Direct the activities of teams and functions responsible for the design development, testing, integration, deployment, support, and maintenance of the Agile development projects.
• Partner with the Business, Product Management, and IT in the definition, sizing, and prioritization of initiatives, creation of the portfolio road map, and solution delivery
• Work most often impacts a large business unit, or multiple markets/sites

• Thorough understanding of fundamental software engineering and computer science principles: object-oriented design, structured design, databases, algorithms, data structures, usability, debugging, and configuration management
• Experience with infrastructure automation using Orchestration Tools
• Maintain our product & customer SLAs and work with engineers too stay on time and deliver milestones with quality
• Create an impact on our overall software development approach, setting engineering, and road maps, partnering with product management and product marketing across different geographical locations
• Strategic thinker with abilities to create or work on 90, 120, and 180-day plans designed along with leadership team for self and teams.

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 12 years of experience in IT software/ services definition, build, and management
• At least 2 to 3 years of experience in a Solution Architecture practice, responsible for the development of the overall solution vision that supports business-oriented project developments or strategic projects driven by IT
• Good knowledge and understanding of application development, middleware, system integration, infrastructure, database management, data governance, security, and IT operations
• Exposure to multiple, diverse technologies and processing environments gained from financial services, payments, or insurance industry
• Understanding of financial services, payments, or the insurance industry is an advantage
