Invoicing:
- Process sales invoices in accordance with the established policy, procedures and work instructions
- Includes close coordination with CS for any instructions that will be indicated in the invoices, and coordination with Warehouse and Transport before delivery of goods.
- Ensures that required supporting documents (proof of delivery) are provided and must be attached to the original invoices
Revolving Fund Management:
- Observe guidelines as set in the Revolving Fund policy
- Refer to checklist for the necessary supporting documents
- Ensure that revolving fund voucher is approved by authorized approver
- Ensure that correct and proper accounting entries are indicated in the voucher
- Process revolving fund replenishment requests, encode approved vouchers in D365 (AP module)
- Ensure that Revolving Fund is always replenished on time to prevent depletion and to make ready cash available upon request for operational use
- Always reconcile RF at the end of the day against established fund
Inventory Management:
- Ensures integrity of FG inventory balance.
- Review, evaluate and post movement journals in D365 for request of FG items to be used for internal purposes by cost center dept.
- Review, evaluate and recommend Inventory Adjustment Journals in D365 for any variances in the system vs physical FG inventory
- Assist in the monthly and annual physical inventory
- Validates reconciliation items
- Assist in the reconciliation process after inventory count
- Closely coordinate with SBU Accountant
Disbursement Management:
- Review completeness of supporting documents for liquidation
- Prepares request for utilities and send to AP personnel for processing
- Ensures proper charging of expenses
Fixed asset Management:
- Perform physical count of fixed asset as per direction and schedule set from the Fix Asset Custodian
- Ensures that fixed asset is properly tagged for easy reference during PI count.
- Coordinate with the Fixed Asset custodian during reconciliation
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must be a graduate of BS Accountancy or Management Accounting.
- At least 2-3 years proven experience as a General Accounting / Accounting Officer or similar role in the same industry or equivalent.
- With experience in a Manufacturing company.
- Willing to be assigned in Suntrust Ecotown, Sahud-Ulan, Tanza, Cavite.
