REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree holder preferably related to Accountancy, Finance, or Business Administration
  • Minimum 2+ years work experience in accounting, administration, sales, or any related field
  • Proficient in office applications and relevant software; intermediate Excel skills (Pivot/V-lookup)
  • Analytical, keen attention to details with a high level of accuracy and precision
  • Remarkable organizational and multi-tasking skills; highly self-motivated and independent
  • Good English communication skills, in both written and verbal
  • Strong interpersonal skills, facilitating positive interactions with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Strong ability to learn, understand and apply multiple sets of different instructions/exceptions
  • Open to flexible working hours

Here’s what you’ll be doing at work:

  • Collaborate closely with clients to facilitate tasks related to design support, sales, finance, and project management.
  • Provide essential administrative support, including tasks for billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, order management, and vendor deposit requests.
  • Generate a variety of reports to monitor capacity, utilization, and accruals, ensuring accurate insights for Studio West and its clients.
  • Manage the timesheets of Studio West employees and client designers & project managers. Consolidate and upload hours to various timekeeping systems.
  • Prepares design and project management proposals and monitors its progress.
  • Assist in the review and preparation of quarterly business review reports. 
  • Performs other duties as may be assigned by Team Lead or Manager.
