We are seeking a meticulous and reliable Bookkeeper to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the smooth operation of our accounting processes. Your work will directly support our operational efficiency and financial integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and categorize received payments, differentiating between cash payments, bank transfers, and cheque deposits.
• Input company expenses using QuickBooks.
• Manage orders received on Shopee and coordinate with warehouse staff to prepare these orders.
• Ensure that all parcels and products exiting the warehouse are accurately accounted for.
• Regularly verify the inventory in the warehouse.
• Creating cash/check disbursement, accounts schedules, general ledger, sales & purchase report, vouchers and trial balance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
