Job Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to customers regarding their inquiries

• Analyzing the customer’s inquiry and suggest possible solutions

• Communicate to the team regarding the new trends, problem and solution encounter

• Keeping private all the personal information gather from the customers

• Perform other task assigned by the supervisor
