Position: Admin Assistant - Project Management & Customer Service

Work setup & shift: WFH | Night Shift

Office Location: Global One, Eastwood, Libis, QC

Your Role:

  • Project Management Support:
  • Assist in planning, executing, and closing projects.
  • Maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
  • Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
  • Monitor project progress and report updates to stakeholders.
  • Help with resource allocation and scheduling.
  • Customer Service:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and project updates.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the database.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Administrative/Sales Support:
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and distribute internal communications and reports
  • Assist in the development of presentations and other materials as needed.
  • Support office management tasks, including inventory management and office supply orders.
  • Assist the Marketing Department with projects as needed

What You Need

  • Previous experience in administrative support, project management, or customer service.
  • Proficient in Google Suite and Project Management Software
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
