We are looking to create a flexible team to support the Daily Banking Business Clients Super Circle in Belgium. As a member of this team your day to day depends on the needs of the DBBC teams. In line with seasonal ups and downs different tasks in the account domain can be appointed. E.g. finalizing the customer request for a Corporate Plus Account: adding/ deleting mandates, opening online access and order cards if needed and sending the validation mail (template) to the customer confirming the account opening.
Maintain contact with the expert team in Belgium via e-mail, telephone and (video)chat. To discuss questions related to processing, quality assurance and BAU’s.
Continuously meet customer expectations: the WOW effect in the In-Life processes related to business clients for their reporting requests, mainly meaning the Service Level Agreements are to be respected. And in case of problems, the expert team is to be contacted as soon as possible.
Acquire and keep knowledge up to date in order to perform activities correctly and professionally.
Take into account and respect the applicable laws and regulations. GDPR regulation is crucial. This law concerns the use of sensitive information and its discretion. So, ensure that we do not send the report to the wrong requestor.
Act as the Subject Matter Expert handling E2E processes for simple and complex task. Main contact person for escalation handling, managing workflow, and priorities.
