Switchzmart Philippines Inc is seeking an experienced and high-performing Business Development Manager to expand brand of building automation products within Philippines.

Primary focus shall be to develop Sales channels in Residential &Building Automation sector according to growth strategies and plans.

Key job responsibilities include (but not limited to):

• Analyse market conditions, define and execute our product growth strategy for philippines.

• Achieve sales revenue and gross margins targets monthly basis.

• Drive specification of usage of the smart product family for Building Automation with a primary focus on HVAC applications, addressing developer, system integrators and OEMs.

• Explore partnership with architect, builders, consultant and Building Management System (BMS) vendors for business opportunities.

• Establish strong relationships with new customers, identify business opportunities and execute joint sales and marketing activities.

• Define and execute new customer development plan and process.

• Set sales and marketing activity together with team members.

• Organise product updates, sales and technical trainings for partners.

Requirements:

• Ideal candidates should have at least 5+ years of relevant industry experience and contacts, with a proven record in Sales, Pre-sales, account management, business development and/or technical services role.

• Candidates with technical competency in Lighting, HVAC, Building automation communication protocols (BACnet, Modbus, DALI, KNX, etc) shall be preferred.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Desire to work as part of a dynamic team and develop a career with an ambitious company.

• Able to travel within South East Asia when possible.

• Must have a own vehicle.
