This role will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients / principals, and expanding our market presence. This play a key role in developing and executing business strategies, improving profitability, and ensuring the overall success of our organization.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

§ Primary Duties and Responsibilities

- Responsible for driving sales growth for handling principals by crafting and executing approved marketing, trade marketing and sales strategy, as aligned with internal company stakeholders and principals.

- Ensure strategic alignment of company and principals' objectives.

- Coordinate and manage all stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of marketing, trade marketing, and sales plans.

- Monitor and analyze brand performance and recommend key focus areas or action plans to deliver desired results.

§ Reporting

- Provide feedback and insights into business development activities, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

§ Continuous Improvement

- Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the company’s footprint and revenue streams.

- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to position the company effectively.

- Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, and CCSD to develop customized solutions that meet business needs.
