RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for all physical construction activities on site
• Monitors construction activities and performs quality control inspection to ensure compliance with plans specifications
• Participates in the scheduled toolbox/coordination meeting on site, meetings with contractors and clients, and prepares minutes of the meeting as needed
• Coordinates with sub-contractors and suppliers
• Rehash estimates and rebar cutting list
• Analyze causes and effects of work delays and propose necessary measures to eliminate such work delays
• Prepares daily, weekly, and monthly construction activity reports
• Performs other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Professional License (Passed Board/Professional License Exam) is a must
• At least 2 years experience in Project Management or similar role
• Required Skills: AutoCad, MS Office Applications, Sketchup
• Willing to be assigned in Quezon Province
• Full time positions available
