We are hiring multiple multiple CPA:

  • Accounting Officer - 3-4 years of experience
  • Accounting Manager - 5-7 years of experience


Job Overview:

  • Consolidates financial statements of the company and subsidiaries and analyzes significant variances noted.
  • Prepares management reports for presentation to executive management of the company Consolidated FS.
  • Reviews financial statements and management reports/schedules prepared by FS analysts.
  • Reviews trial balance of the company's subsidiaries, JVs, and associates outside the company's Accounting. Recommends correction of errors and adjustments, if needed.
  • Ensures adherence to accounting standards and relevant tax and other regulatory requirements of the company Consolidated financial statements.
  • Coordinates with external auditors on the annual audit of the company group and special engagements (i.e., special projects, mergers, business combinations).
  • Browses through updates and new accounting standards, revenue regulations, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Oversees the intercompany reconciliation process and reports of the company Group


Qualifications:

  • With 3-5 years accounting experience, background in Real Estate or related industry
  • Knowledgeable in SAP and Noah is an advantage
  • With background in real estate accounting
  • With work experience in handling FS consolidation process
  • Willing to work FULL ONSITE Monday - Friday
