We are hiring multiple multiple CPA:
Accounting Officer - 3-4 years of experience
Accounting Manager - 5-7 years of experience
Job Overview:
Consolidates financial statements of the company and subsidiaries and analyzes significant variances noted.
Prepares management reports for presentation to executive management of the company Consolidated FS.
Reviews financial statements and management reports/schedules prepared by FS analysts.
Reviews trial balance of the company's subsidiaries, JVs, and associates outside the company's Accounting. Recommends correction of errors and adjustments, if needed.
Ensures adherence to accounting standards and relevant tax and other regulatory requirements of the company Consolidated financial statements.
Coordinates with external auditors on the annual audit of the company group and special engagements (i.e., special projects, mergers, business combinations).
Browses through updates and new accounting standards, revenue regulations, and other regulatory requirements.
Oversees the intercompany reconciliation process and reports of the company Group
Qualifications:
With 3-5 years accounting experience, background in Real Estate or related industry
Knowledgeable in SAP and Noah is an advantage
With background in real estate accounting
With work experience in handling FS consolidation process
