職位要求

  • Job Title: Customer Service Representative
  • Educational Qualifications: No formal degree required; training or certification in customer service is a plus.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience needed; freshers are welcome to apply.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Adobe Suite, exceptional organizational skills, strong interpersonal and people skills, ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Engage with customers through various channels, resolve queries, provide product information, maintain customer satisfaction, manage customer accounts, and document interactions.
  • Working Conditions: Office setting with potential for remote work, adherence to standard office hours with potential shifts, and teamwork environment.
  • Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, patient, problem-solver, detail-oriented, and capable of handling stressful situations calmly.
