Your day-to-day in a nutshell:

• Answering incoming calls from customers
• Resolving customer inquiries/requests
• Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
• Utilizing various client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
• Providing cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident and knowledgeable manner

• Has at least 6 months BPO Experience
• High School Graduate & K12 Graduate 

Salary Package:

• 18K - 25k Package Depends on the Experience & Interview
• Plus Night Differential
