The company assists over 200 small businesses in managing their compensation compliance in NSW. Their model has three key components; they assist their clients in managing their workplace compliance with their NSW compensation documentation. This includes setting up and renewing their client's compensation program with a nominal state insurer. Processing their billing, adjusting their payments, and holding their documentation. They provide their clients with unlimited advice in managing their compensation obligations. They liaise with their client's nominal compensation insurers so they can focus on their business and not get burdened by too much compliance.
• Taking incoming phone calls to assist clients with their inquiries and request.
• Assist in the preparation of the renewal process by drafting documents to be sent to clients.
• Manage google email by checking inboxes, downloading important files, and rerouting to the right contact person.
• Manage database CRM by uploading important documents and updating files.
Must Haves
• At least 2 years of experience in a Customer Service role.
• Good communication skills
• Fluent in the English language
• Experience in taking inbound/outbound calls
• Knowledge of Gmail and Google Suite
Nice to Haves
• Knowledge of Zoho CRM and Zoho Creator
• Experience working in an Insurance, Accounting, and Finance business
• Has tier 2 level of experience in customer handling
