We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is all about delivering top-notch support, building strong client relationships, and helping improve our service processes. If you're passionate about customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities
  • Ensure operational success by meeting service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs), including CSAT, first-time response, and resolution times.

  • Build and maintain open communication channels with clients, gathering feedback to improve operations and influence business goals.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain a customer-centric approach.

  • Conduct periodic training sessions focused on quality assurance and performance improvement.

What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 3 years in customer support, preferably in e-commerce, SaaS, and or Logistics background.

  • Strong data analytics skills and proficiency in Excel.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

  • Experience in process development, program/project management, and driving change in fast-paced environments.
