WHAT YOU WILL DO

The Insights Support Officer is responsible for gathering, generating, analyzing, and interpreting data to support the strategic decision making process of key stakeholders. This role demands analytical skills and a comprehensive understanding of market trends and business performance. Requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in data visualization tools, and the ability to communicate complex findings effectively.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Market Research, Statistics, and any related courses
• At least 2-3 years of strong experience in market research, data analytics, or similar roles.
• Proficient in MS Office, Power BI, and data management tools.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret and draw meaningful insights from different data sources.
• Competent in data visualization and data storytelling.
