Work Location : Manila - ONSITE

Work Schedule : 9 AM -6 PM

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Advanced degrees or courses in Database Management or Data Analytics are an advantage.
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate or Microsoft Certified SQL Server Database Administration.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting large databases.
• Proven track record in data migration, upgrading databases, and managing data consistency across environments.
• Proficient in database management systems such as Postgres, Oracle, MySQL, or Microsoft SQL Server.
• Strong understanding of database architecture, design, and optimization.
• Experience with backup and recovery strategies, security management, and data modeling.
• Knowledge of high availability and disaster recovery solutions.
• Scripting skills for automation (e.g. SQL, PowerShell)
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
