The bare essentials
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s / College Degree
- Great communication skills
- Advantage if with experience doing Administrative duties which includes processing of office purchases, processing business permit documents, managing office expenses/ pettycash, timekeeping and others.
- Organized and requires minimal supervision
- Driven and motivated
- Able to work in a team environment
Responsibilities
- Manage Directors' properties on Airbnb
- Schedule appointments, organize meetings and ensure the Directors are informed and prepared for the meeting
- Attend to phone calls, emails and taking minutes and dictations during meetings
- Conduct research when necessary and disseminating information through websites, phone and email
- Coordinate and negotiate with vendors for company purchases
- Experience with Online Transactions (online purchase, online airline booking, etc)
- Organize and maintain electronic and paper files
- Welcome/assist customers and responding to inquiries through phone, email, or in person (Receptionist role)
- Support and Oversee Director’s Personal Business. Act as personal assistant to the directors.
