Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant located in Taguig. The Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the Office of the Chairman. The role involves managing executive schedules, handling communications, preparing expense reports, and offering executive administrative assistance. The Executive Assistant will also coordinate meetings, arrange travel plans, and perform other tasks as needed.


Qualifications

  • Executive Administrative Assistance, Administrative Assistance skills
  • Experience with Executive Support
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Pleasing personality
  • Proficiency in office software and equipment
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Marketing or Business Administration or related field preferred
