Job Description
- Sales Planning & Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.
- Trade Development & Management: Build and maintain strong trade relationships with top key accounts
- Sales Presentations & Product Launches: Lead sales presentations and oversee successful new product launches in the food service sector.
- Market Intelligence & Competitive Monitoring: Analyze market trends, monitor competitor activities, and provide insights to refine business strategies.
- Sales Team Management: Direct and oversee the activities of the food service sales team, ensuring achievement of sales and distribution objectives.
- Trade Relations Management: Develop and maintain relationships with key food service clients and sub-distributors to optimize customer service levels.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly reports on food service marketing activities, sales performance, distribution progress, and project updates.
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in food service sales, trade marketing, and key account management.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing sales teams and achieving business targets.
- High mobility - willing to travel locally and internationally
