We are seeking for a Foreman to lead and supervise construction and renovation projects. If you have experience in site supervision and hands-on project execution, we want you on our team!

Job Summary:

The Procurement and Operations Officer will be responsible for coordinating procurement activities, managing suppliers, and improving operational efficiency. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that all resources are procured, and operations are managed effectively, on time, and within budget.

Foreman Responsibilities:

• Supervise construction, renovation, and maintenance projects.

• Coordinate with workers, subcontractors, and project managers to ensure smooth operations.

• Ensure quality workmanship and compliance with safety standards.

• Monitor project timelines and address on-site challenges.

• Maintain inventory of tools, materials, and equipment.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Foreman, preferably in High-end Residential.

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge in structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans.

• Willing to work on-site and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Knowledge in productivity rate.

• Willing to be assigned in CALABARZON and Metro Manila
