About the Role:

As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of our web applications. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions and enhance user experience. What You'll Do:

• Develop and maintain both front-end and back-end components of web applications.

• Design and implement user-friendly interfaces using modern front-end technologies (e.g., React, NodeJS).

• Build and manage server-side logic, databases, and APIs using technologies like C#, Node.js, Azure Functions, Azure API Management, SQL Server.

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.

• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to incorporate new techniques and tools into development processes.

• Ensure applications are secure and compliant with industry standards.

Qualifications:

Education/Experience:

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.

• Strong Proficiency in front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, frameworks such as React, Node.js).

• Solid understanding and experience with back-end technologies, including server-side languages e.g., Node.js, C#, Python, Ruby) and frameworks (e.g., Express.js, Django).

• Solid understanding of databases (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).

• Experience with Git version control.

• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services.

• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes). Azure experience a plus.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively independently or with diverse teams.

• Track and manage tasks using Jira or similar project management tools to ensure timely delivery of work.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Experience with Azure cloud services.

• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (Terraform preferred).

• Knowledge of testing frameworks and methodologies.

• Knowledge of security best practices in software development.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality software.

• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and staying current in the industry.

• Ability to quickly learn and understand the business concepts and processes.

• Experience and understanding of Commercial P&C Insurance is a plus.
