Mid-level Fullstack Developer (PHP Laravel / Vue.js)

What Will You Do?

You will be working remotely from the Philippines for a client in the Netherlands., together with experienced colleagues. For us, distance is just a number, and a client is just an extension of our company. We value and respect you as a full-fledged team member, with your own personality, skills, input, and expertise.

As a Fullstack Developer, you, together with your team, will be responsible for the client's SaaS platform. Your input is crucial for the Scrum Product Owner, since at BlueShores, we don't just ask you to work on projects, we expect you to co-own them. As such, you will get a lot of responsibilities, a clear voice within the client's company and a notable impact on the products you work on.

Who Are We Looking For?

As our new enthusiastic, proactive Fullstack Developer:

• You have 3-5 years of proven working experience, using the below mentioned tech stack
• Fluent in English. Good communication skills. Able to speak your mind
• You enjoy taking ownership of tasks/projects and like to help your team members
• You know how to identify priorities, and plan your work accordingly
• You find quality very important, and always double check your own work
• You are flexible, you learn quickly and you have an eye for detail
• You are willing to accept/give feedback (positive criticism)

Tech skills

• You are an expert in Laravel (PHP) and MySQL
• You are an expert in Vue.js (ideally both Vue2 and Vue3), CSS3, and less / sass
• You know how to create organized, maintainable, scalable, and clean code
• You know your way around Docker (Lando) and git
• Nice to have: experience with implementing an AI service (e.g. OpenAI)
• Nice to have: experience with Meilisearch
