Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to understand their goals and challenges and provide HR solutions that support business objectives.
- Employee Relations: Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring a fair and consistent approach.
- Talent Management: Oversee talent development, and retention strategies to ensure the company attracts and retains top talent.
- Performance Management: Implement and manage performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
- Change Management: Lead and support organizational change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and minimal disruption to operations.
- Compliance: Ensure HR policies and practices comply with local labor laws and regulations.
- Employee Engagement: Develop and implement programs to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and well-being.
- HR Metrics: Analyze HR metrics and data to inform decision-making and improve HR processes.
- Team Management: Lead, manage, and motivate a high-performing team with a focus on high standards, quality, customer service, controls, execution, and delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years HR experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
- Prior experience as a Business Partner/Generalist in a Call center / Outsourcing / Shared Services company
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Amenable to work late mid shift / early night shift schedule
- Amenable to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa City
