Dempsey Resource Management Inc.
Provides clerical and administrative support to the HR Supervisor and Executive Director, from coordinating meetings to maintaining employee database to posting job ads. An important part of your role will be to act as the liaison between HR and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions.
Deals with employee requests regarding human resource issues, rules and regulations. Handles payroll preparation and all matters related thereto Assists in creating policies, processes documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities
Provides general day-to-day support to all employees, monitors compliance with government and other agencies (BIR, SSS, PHIC, HDMF, etc.), Coordinates meetings of the Executive Director and HR Supervisor and takes minutes.
ELIGIBILITY:
1. With a Bachelor’s degree
2. At least 1 year work experience
3. Has knowledge on the use of HR software and tools including MS Office software
4. With average business communication skills. Fluent in oral and written English and Filipino
5. Can work under pressure and under minimum supervision
6. With attention to detail
Site Assignment : 1270-1330 E. Rodriguez Sr. Avenue, Brgy Mariana, New Manila, Quezon City
Working Days : Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
