JFC’s Senior Marketing Program Manager will be responsible for brand and design-led initiatives, projects, and programs. We expect the candidate to have a natural curiosity and the ability to synthesize and respond to an ever-changing and highly competitive marketplace.
Strategic Program Management and Leadership
- Assess, manage, and plan processes, resources, and risks.
- Ensure timely delivery and communicate strategic and financial impacts.
- Coordinate activities and deliverables of all contributors and stakeholders.
- Establish new processes and systems for program management.
- Ensure projects are financially sound and managed throughout.
Change Management
- Create or evolve processes to monitor progress and improve efficiency.
- Prepare reports and update teams and stakeholders.
- Resolve issues proactively using creative and analytical skills.
- Confirm successful delivery through analysis and reporting.
Stakeholder Management
- Develop strong relationships with team members, vendors, and partners.
- Coordinate activities of all parties involved in the program.
- Work independently to resolve challenges and enhance collaboration.
- Introduce best practices for program management and communication flow.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be a graduate of Graphics, Interior Design, Architecture, Multimedia, or Communications course.
- At least 8 years of experience in leadership roles within a design or brand agency handling.
- Proficiency in project and program management tools and software for communication, tracking, and reporting, such as Asana, MS Project, and Smartsheet.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or similar/equivalent certifications is a plus.
- Design thinking practice training and/or certifications (IDEOU, LUMA) is a plus.
- Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig (hybrid setup).
