About the role


Drive execution and operationalization of Payment products by collaborating with large cross-functional teams (product, engineering, policy, legal, finance, etc.) and influencing decision-making within leadership audiences to drive greater consistency of process, practices, and execution across organization-wide workstreams.


  • Responsible for the daily payment transactions processing (fund in/out), ensuring all payments are processed accurately and in a timely manner, complying with all Standard Operation Procedures.
  • Handle all the back office duties related to payments and perform all other support duties as may be required from time to time.
  • Identify and prioritize projects that satisfy Risk and Payments top line goals and objectives while incorporating tactical and strategic improvements that drive the business forward and improve customer experience
  • Contribute to defining clear business problems and drive alignment between teams using data-driven analytics, developing success metrics to measure project performance
  • Assist in defining operational processes and procedures for maximum efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
  • Monitoring customer complaint tickets and ensuring resolution within SLA
  • Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations
  • Preparation of monthly steerco presentation
  • Effectively manage and co-ordinate operational activities and support for Card Operation.


Must haves


  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or equivalent.
  • Candidates with relevant experience in monetary payments processing at a bank or similar institution are preferred
  • Knowledgeable in banking operations
  • Project management experience with a track record of multi-tasking and coordinating efforts across multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to promote efficiency toward achieving business objectives and profitability
  • Understanding and practical application of applicable laws and regulations, etc.
  • Well-developed customer relations skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • The ability to operate under pressure and find creative, practical solutions to problems; a bias toward thinking outside the conventional approach.
