Financial Planning & Analysis (Sr. Analyst) – Global Company

Join a global company and play a key role in financial strategy and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Develop financial models and performance dashboards.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Collaborate with teams to align financial strategies with business goals.
• Ensure compliance, risk management, and process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
• At least 5 years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis.
• Proficiency in SAP, Power BI, and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• CFA or CPA certification is a plus.

Work Setup: On-site initially

Location: LISP II, Calamba, Laguna

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
