The
Curriculum Developer is responsible for helping in designing, developing, and maintaining courses and curricula for all training courses as well as enabling Genfinity’s key initiatives The developed curriculum will support instructor-led classroom training, instructor-led virtual training, and self-paced e-learning.
Ability to work closely with team members in a collaborative and supportive environment is a “must” for this role. The ideal candidate must be able to work autonomously while offering or asking for support when needed.
Experience with current authoring tools required, especially experience creating interactive courses and lively video modules with key learning objectives in mind. Experience with video creation tools is highly desired.
The ideal candidate possesses a passion for training, has excellent English-language skills, demonstrates an uncompromising attention to detail, and exhibits strong project management skills and accountability. Experience developing video assets is highly desired.
Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to design, develop, and maintain course materials for internal clients and partners.
- Create training documentation including instructor presentations, instructor and student guides, quick reference materials, knowledge-related assets (quizzes and assessments) and hands-on exercises.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather best practices and incorporate expertise into learning objectives and user scenarios.
- Deliver knowledge transfers of updated and new courses to ensure instructors can effectively teach the material.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years’ experience in instructional design and curriculum development.
- Experience on the subject matter.
- Experience using curriculum development or multi-media tools required. Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite tools a plus.
- Outstanding verbal and written English-language skills and ability to review others’ writing for high-quality standards.
- High level of proficiency using Microsoft Office applications, such as PowerPoint, Canva, Powtoons, and other virtual learning tools. Extensive experience developing and designing presentations across different media is a must.
- Experience developing course materials, learning objectives, training aids, and step-by-step instructions.
- Ability to analyze training requirements and present effective educational solutions.
- Knowledge of audience-engagement techniques for different learning styles and ability to implement them in both a face-to-face learning environment and in an e-learning course.
- The ideal candidate possesses one of the following: a Bachelor's/College Degree, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Science & Technology or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): needs analysis, content development, visual design, technology proficiency, assessment design, and adaptability
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 1-3 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Arts/Creative/Graphics Design or equivalent.
