ole:
- We are seeking an experienced service delivery manager to oversee IT service delivery and banking technology projects in Manila, Philippines.
- This role requires strong leadership in IT service management, stakeholder coordination, and process optimization to ensure seamless service delivery for banking and financial solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end service delivery for IT and banking projects.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service operations and compliance.
- Manage SLAs, vendor relationships, and ITIL processes for banking technology solutions.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to align technology solutions with client needs.
- Identify areas for process improvement and automation to enhance service efficiency.
Required Skills:
- 8-15 years of experience in IT service delivery, project management, or banking technology solutions.
- Hands-on experience in SDLC, Agile, ITIL frameworks, and cloud platforms.
- Background in banking, fintech, or enterprise IT services.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- PMP, ITIL, or equivalent certifications are a plus.
