Key Responsibilities:

• Process Assessment: Evaluate business processes to identify opportunities for automation.
• RPA Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using tools like UiPath.
• Testing and Debugging: Conduct thorough testing and debugging of RPA solutions to ensure quality and functionality.
• Implementation: Implement RPA solutions in a production environment and provide ongoing support and maintenance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, process owners, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful project delivery. Communicate any identified project risks and issues to the delivery/project manager.
• Training and Support: Assist colleagues through the RPA solution development and support lifecycle, necessary
• Continuous Improvement: Continuously explore and implement improvements to existing RPA solutions and processes. Identify new process opportunities and accurately analyze and estimate new processes, quickly assessing feasibility.
• Documentation: Create and document test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phases. 
• GitHub Integration: Utilize GitHub for version control, code collaboration, and repository management.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years as an RPA Developer.
• RPA Tools: Extensive experience with UiPath and broad knowledge of all RPA tool capabilities.
• Development Skills: Hands-on development experience in "UiPath - Orchestrator & RE Framework".
• Programming Skills: Experience in C#, Python, SQL is preferred. Good knowledge of C#/VB.net programming used in UiPath tool. 
• Additional Knowledge: Knowledge of AI integration into RPA will be an added advantage.
• Technical Skills:  Familiarity with AI/ML integration in RPA solutions is a plus.
• Preferred Skills and Qualifications:  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
