- Manage multiple products or projects, balancing resources and timelines for successful delivery.
- Develop product positioning and messaging to differentiate offerings in the market.
- Drive go-to-market strategies, including sales planning, marketing communications, and customer adoption initiatives.
- Assess competitor products and identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Ensure compliance with pre-launch and post-launch requirements, documentation, and performance evaluation.
The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience in product management, preferably in banking, fintech, or digital services.
- Strong ability to conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights gathering.
- Experience in developing product strategies, roadmaps, and go-to-market plans.
- Proficiency in data analysis, pricing strategy, and financial modeling to support business decisions.
- Strong leadership and project management skills to handle multiple products or initiatives.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams such as engineering, marketing, and sales.
- Familiarity with product lifecycle management, from ideation to post-launch evaluation.
- Ability to assess build vs. buy decisions and explore potential partnerships.
- Experience with CRM tools, analytics platforms, and digital product management frameworks is a plus.
