The DCX Home Based - Project Support Coordinator will work as a full-time employee for a growing business based in the United States. You will get a chance to learn new skills as well as demonstrate skills you've learned in the past. You will be responsible for curating, producing, and helping our clients distribute memorable branded merchandise and custom products to support marketing, sales, human resources, and companywide initiatives.


We’re seeking a proactive and self-driven project coordinator with strong communication skills and a natural ability to solve problems. You will prioritize multiple, simultaneous projects, overseeing the project lifecycle from order entry to vendor coordination and production management. This includes prioritizing tasks, ensuring timely execution, and maintaining strong communication with internal and external stakeholders to deliver projects successfully and on time.


Ideal Candidates will be:

  • A customer-service mindset with a positive, solution-oriented attitude
  • Strong communication skills, able to convey information both internally and externally via phone, email, and Slack
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to make decisions based on project needs
  • The ability to work efficiently under pressure, maintaining accuracy and providing timely responses in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivation, with the ability to take initiative, follow directions, absorb feedback, and quickly adapt to new tasks
  • Excellent project execution skills, continuously following up with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure the timely progression of projects, addressing potential issues proactively, and updating all relevant parties on deliverable statuses
  • Comfort in leveraging Tech tools to support workflow and communication as well as the ability to adapt to new technologies quickly is essential. Experience in utilizing Wrike is a plus.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Creating project estimates
  • Communicating with suppliers to gather pricing, inventory availability, and lead times
  • Creating design requests and collaborating with the design team
  • Creating and submitting purchase orders
  • Maintaining project timelines
  • Tracking project progress
  • Monitoring shipment statuses to ensure on-time delivery
  • Managing supplier payments and submitting expenses
  • Updating purchase orders to reflect current project statuses
  • Supporting Creative Partners by interfacing with promotional product suppliers, designers, and Creative Associates


Role Details

  • Industry: Promotional
  • Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (USA)
  • Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
  • Written and spoken English skills: very proficient
  • Salary Range: PHP 30,000-35,000
