Job Description

  • Develop and maintain client relationships in a competitive market.
  • Drive business growth through lead generation, referrals, and industry events.
  • Expand revenue opportunities by cross-selling and upselling PageGroup services.
  • Build expertise and specialize in the chosen market.
  • Advise clients on recruitment strategies and guide candidates on career opportunities.
  • Independently manage mid-to-senior level hiring for clients.
  • Develop a strong candidate database within your discipline.
  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to offer stage.
  • Leverage networking to gather market intelligence for business opportunities.
  • Engage in company-wide initiatives related to Sustainability, ESG, and CSR.


The Successful Applicant

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree
  • Fresh Graduate or at least 3 years of experience in sales/business development, recruitment consultancy, internal recruitment, or Business Management
  • Career Shifters are welcome!
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Exhibits strong growth mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Amenable to work mostly onsite in Makati in a hybrid setup
