Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for sourcing, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews to determine which candidates meet the minimum requirements.
- Arrange schedule interview with hiring managers.
- Performing reference and background checks.
- Assisting the HR team in creating and implementing onboarding plans; employee orientation, training and development.
- Performing various administrative tasks and accurately processing paperwork.
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and processes.
- Maintaining relationship with both internal and external clients too ensure staffing goals are achieved.
- Design, develop, and implement training programs tailored to company needs.
- Develop and maintain training materials, manuals, and e-learning content.
- Completing timely reports on employment activity.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience with recruitment (IT Industry is a PLUS)
- At least 3 years experience in all facets of human resources
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, HR or any related course
- Organizational Development and Training experience
Skills:
- Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Able to make presentation and facilitate for a session or discussion
- Have a good interpersonal skills
