You will be joining us as a Sales Associate at TLYNT INC., where you'll play a key role in supporting our sales team and driving business growth. This is an exciting opportunity to work with clients from Australia and the U.S., gain hands-on experience in CRM management, and contribute to lead generation efforts.

• Support the Sales Team in Australia and the United States by documenting sales calls in the CRM.
• Handle cold call efforts and manage scheduling via Calendly for the Sales Department.
• Conduct client research on social media to support sales strategies.
• Assist in preparing contracts, ensuring dates and costings align with agreements (dates, costings agreed with TLYNT talent).
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in customer service or sales support.
• Experience in CRM management and input processing (any CRM system/experience).
• High proficiency in English (written and verbal).
• Prior experience in call handling is a plus.
• Experience working with AU or US clients is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently while ensuring accuracy.
