Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Maintain existing sales accounts and assist in forecasting and achieving sales budgets.
  • Develop new accounts and target markets through product presentations, seminars, and trial mixes.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by making regular sales calls, providing the right products at the right time and quantity, and attending to customer inquiries, complaints, and problems.
  • Stay updated with existing and upcoming construction projects, analyze market information, and prepare strategies, plans, and sales forecasts.
  • Secure accounts with proper credit recommendations and provide price quotations within the given range/limit.
  • Monitor the flow of sales operations from sales ordering to delivery.
  • Take charge of the collection of receivables and counter receipt of sales invoices and delivery receipts.
  • Monitor Sika products handled by distributors and customers to ensure efficient inventory management and proper storage.
  • Adhere to the SPI established Quality and Environmental Management Systems and Quality Policy.
  • Actively participate in all SPI projects regarding quality and the environment and fully support and act in accordance with company policy.
  • Comply with necessary ISO procedures in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018.
  • Ensure that the Quality and Environmental Management System is understood and that all operating standards are adhered to at all times.
  • Strictly comply with company policies, systems, procedures, work rules, and regulations.
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the immediate superior.
Job Requirements: Education:
  • Graduate of B.S. Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Architecture, or any four-year related course.
Work Experience:
  • At least three to five years of working experience in the construction or distribution industry.
  • Experience working in a multinational company is an advantage.
Skills:
  • Preferably with technical selling experience and driving skills (with a valid professional driver’s license).
  • Possesses strong people skills, excellent communication, and negotiation skills.
